Zeba Khan started off as one of our Mentor-Editors and has today become one of our vital core members as the Director of the Public Voices Fellowships.    A Fulbright Scholar and a Master’s degree and MA/BA holder from the Fletcher School of Law and Diplomacy and the University of Chicago, respectively, Zeba was first runner-up in The Washington Post‘s “America’s Next Great Pundit” competition in 2009.   Her work has since been featured in a number of respected outlets, including The Christian Science Monitor, NPR, and Newsweek.

Prior to this in 2008, Zeba founded the Muslim Americans for Obama, an online national grassroots movement.  Because of this, Zeba eventually met the President himself.  She’s also worked as a social media consultant, working with Harvard University’s Law Lab at the Berkman Center for Internet and Society and the Ashoka Foundation’s GenV.
