Thinking About Thinking: Negative Emotions Spurring Creativity

A group of European journalists found that bad moods can be used against creative blocks.  This article from 99U, “Use Your Anger to Smash Creative Blocks,” cites the findings from this study to tout the advantages of having a bad mood once in a while.    While the power of positive thinking is a popular idea, there are nonetheless ways to put our rainy days to good use.
