Write to Change the World, DC — October 24th, 2015

FullSizeRender(7)Experts from the DC metro area gathered today to test the limits and uses of knowledge, and what it takes to be influential on a large scale. These brilliant minds are shaping the conversation on issues of public value such as, policies protecting childless workers, freedom of speech impacting national security and Asian-American civic participation.

We were joined today by Marshall Stowell, Minal Bopaiah and Jen Haile from Population Services International (PSI), an organization working with local governments around the world to provide solutions to health challenges such as family planning, HIV and AIDS, malaria, pneumonia and child malnutrition. Like The OpEd Project, PSI is investing in public thought leadership for social change.
